AERODYNAMICS: Extensive testing in CFD and in Specialized's Win Tunnel focused on aerodynamics during the Propero 4 development. Specialized took the leading edge from the S-Works Evade 3 and incorporated it directly into the Propero 4, helping it achieve four watts faster or 15 seconds faster over 40km than the S-Works Prevail 3.

VENTILATION: Inspired by Specialized's world-renowned S-Works Prevail 3, the goal was not only to replicate but to elevate. Ventilation became a primary focus in Specialized's pursuit of a balanced, aerodynamic, and ventilated helmet. They adopted the rear-end design language of the S-Works Prevail 3 and introduced small 2mm offset micro-channels, which create turbulence in the airflow throughout the helmet, ensuring a continuous and refreshing airflow.

It includes advanced technologies from Specialized's S-Works level helmets, such as MIPS technology for enhanced confidence and a fit system designed to provide all-day comfort.
