Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), the design increases the amount of low-density foam inside by 16.5% while growing the helmet’s overall size by only 2.5%. The result is superior energy absorption specifically tuned for toddlers’ softer, developing heads.

Protection only works when the helmet fits properly. The Headset SX fit system ensures a secure and comfortable fit, designed specifically for toddlers. The Tri-Fix web splitter simplifies strap adjustment for quick, fuss-free fitting, while the lightweight, in-molded shell enhances comfort and durability.
